Shipping & returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unpersonalized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some examples but not limited to are: Personalized items, personal items such as brushes, gift cards, custom orders made at your request or items due to misspelling due to customer error . There are also no returns or refunds on digital items/files, design fees etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 938 48th Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 5B1, Canada.


If the item was not personalized when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


To return your product, you should bring or mail your product to: 938 48th Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 5B1, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to a high volume of orders, COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances, circumstances out of our control and/or postal service issues, you may experience shipping delays. We apologize, please be patient.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (before applicable taxes)


$10.00 local delivery is available within Calgary. 
Deliveries are made from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via telephone, text message or email with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 938 48th Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 5B1, Canada. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup (if applicable).
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Please have your order confirmation email or identification with you when you arrive.

Orders will be held for thirty days, and forfeited thereafter. (Unless other arrangements are made.)


We currently do not offer international shipping on our website. Please contact us for shipping rates.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Precision Engraving & Vinyl Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


We currently do not ship to P.O boxes.
